At The Drop Rideshop, we want you to love your gear as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, our 30-day return policy makes it simple and stress-free.


Shipping Information

We proudly ship across Canada using a multitude of trusted carriers to get your gear to you quickly and safely.

  • Free shipping on Canadian orders over $100 CAD (some exclusions apply)

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days

  • A tracking number is emailed once your order leaves our shop

Returns Made Simple

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a Return Authorization (RA#).

To start a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Pack and ship your item(s) securely using the provided label.

  4. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, a refund will be issued — minus the cost of return shipping.


Return Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, returned products must be:

  • In new, unused condition

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories

  • Free from any wear, damage, or signs of use

Items not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Safety equipment, including helmets, protective pads, and avalanche gear (avy bags, beacons, probes, etc.)

  • Underwear, base layers, and swimwear

  • Gift cards and special orders

We strongly recommend double-checking sizing and product details before purchasing these items. Our team is always happy to help with fit advice or technical guidance before you buy.


Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after your return is received and approved. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund total.
