COCO is the only Nuoceans sandal combining recovered ocean EVA foam waste with plant-based materials. Built on our signature colourful sole made from recovered ocean materials, COCO features upper straps crafted using recycled materials and 52% palm fibre. One of our first steps towards more bio-based alternatives. Finished with an extra-cushioned footbed, soft comfort, and responsibly made in Spain under fair production standards.

Turning ocean waste into sandals
Nuo sandals start where most products end. Discarded flip-flops recovered from the ocean are cleaned, shredded and pressed into our colourful signature soles. Instead of creating new materials, we give existing ones a second life.

No leather. No animal glues. No compromises. Our sandals are entirely cruelty-free because fashion shouldn’t cost animal lives. For us, that’s not a feature, it’s the baseline.

Lower impact, by design
Each pair rescues around 300g of ocean flip-flop waste. We prioritise recycled materials, minimise virgin plastics and assemble everything responsibly in Spain under strict EU standards.
